Associate Attorney

*Job Summary*

Mountain town law firm seeking an associate attorney to work in the field of family. Compensation depends on experience and is comprised of a base salary as well as quarterly bonuses

*Duties*

- Conduct legal research on various issues

- Draft legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, and contracts

- Represent clients in family law court proceedings

- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

- Provide legal advice to clients on a wide range of issues

- Assist senior attorneys with case management

*Skills*

- Proficient in legal research and writing

- Ability to litigate cases effectively

- Familiarity with family law is a plus

- Strong negotiation skills

- passion for justice

Pay: $70,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
