Antitrust/Competition Associate Attorney

The ideal candidate will have experience in situations in which the FTC or DOJ has unexpectedly signaled questions or concerns in an already-pending matters. They will be joining a team which regularly litigates against the agencies and state AGs. The ideal candidate will be interested in gaining experience in these and other complex matters, and have 2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally in matters involving second request investigations or merger litigations. FTC/DOJ experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys
• Maintain client relationships
• Prepare legal reports and documents

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree or LLM
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong legal knowledge
