Foreclosure Legal Assistant

Greenspoon Marder is seeking a Foreclosure Legal Assistant for our New York office. The Foreclosure Legal Assistant will be responsible for enhancing attorney effectiveness by providing information management support, assisting the attorney in the delivery of legal services, including but not limited to assisting with clients. Your Foreclosure Legal Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare correspondence for review by the attorney
• Communicate with client in the respective client system
• Request necessary information and documentation from the client in advance of the hearing
• Prepare for hearings, including send preparation to counsel covering the hearing
• Relay hearing results to the client
• Calendar court deadlines and future conferences
• Manage attorney contacts and calendar
• Handle confidential client information in a professional and trustworthy manner

The expected salary range for this position is between $48,750-$58,500. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
