Associate Attorney

Associate Attorney – Family Law
Bernhardt Phillips, LLP is a growing Indiana law firm with a strong reputation in family law. We’re seeking a motivated Associate Attorney who wants hands-on courtroom experience, close mentorship, and the chance to make a real difference for clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent clients in divorce, custody, support, guardianship, and adoption matters.
• Develop litigation skills through legal research, drafting, and court appearances.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients inside and outside the courtroom.
• Work closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative team environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• JD from an accredited law school and Indiana bar license (or pending admission).
• New attorneys and those with up to 3 years of experience are welcome.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Empathy and professionalism when working with clients.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
