Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our dynamic litigation team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent research, writing, and litigation skills, along with the ability to manage a diverse caseload independently and as part of a team. We do not have a minimum billable hours requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload involving complex commercial litigation and commercial construction disputes

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex matters

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona

• 2–5 years of legal experience preferred

• Strong legal research skills with proficiency in Westlaw.

• ESI discovery experience including Relativity, DISCO, or other ESI platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously

• Commitment to ethical practice and client service
