Associate Attorney

Employee Justice Legal Group, PC is a fast-growing, mid-sized Plaintiff Employment and Workers’ Compensation law firm dedicated to fighting for the rights of employees who have been wronged by their employer or injured on the job. We are looking for an experienced Employment Law Litigation Attorney with a growth mindset who is eager to take on cases and advocate for our clients. As an Associate Attorney you will be working closely with our team of paralegals, legal assistants and fellow litigation attorneys to develop and own your case from start to finish.

At least 2 years experience with Employment law is greatly preferred. Looking for a candidate that has excellent writing and analytical skills, with the ability to think outside the box. Preferred experience in law and motion, taking and defending depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
