Summary

We’re seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our team and grow with us.

Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, and support
  • Handle civil litigation cases from pleadings through trial
  • Handle criminal defense from arrest through trial or appeal
  • Draft and execute estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney)
  • Manage estate administration including probate filings and fiduciary guidance
  • Conduct legal research, draft motions, and appear in court as needed
  • Represent clients in legal proceedings and negotiations
  • Participate in client meetings and consultations.
  • Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active bar license in good standing
  • Strong research and writing skills
  • Excellent negotiation abilities
  • Experience in litigation preferred
  • Knowledge of estate planning or family law is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency with legal research tools such as LexisNexis or Westlaw is a plus.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
