Associate Attorney

Our firm:

Celeblaws P.A. is a U.S.–China cross-border law firm with offices in Florida, New York, and Shenzhen (Qianhai). We are expanding our presence on the West Coast and seeking an attorney licensed in both California and Florida to join our team. Our firm focuses on international trade, investment, real estate, comercial compliance, and cross-border litigation.

Resposibilities:

• Provide legal opinions and strategy recommendations to corporate and individual clients.
• Advise clients on real estate transactions and disputes in California and Florida.
• Handle business contract negotiations, compliance issues, and cross-border transactions.
• Collaborate with partners on cross-border real estate and investment projects involving Chinese and U.S. parties.
• Collaborate with the litigation team on dispute resolution and risk management.
• Contribute to the firm’s long-term expansion in California.

Qulifications:

• Active licenses with both California Bar and Florida Bar.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate law; business or family law experience is a plus.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-border team.
