Key Responsibilities:

• Represent municipalities in prosecution and advisory roles
• Draft and review ordinances, contracts, and policies
• Advise school districts and nonprofit entities on governance and compliance
• Assist clients with entity formation and domestic legal matters
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop legal strategies
