Associate Attorney

McElroy Deutsch is seeking attorneys with litigation and/or bankruptcy experience for the Firm’s Wilmington, Delaware office. Admission in other jurisdictions is not required but considered a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and clients on litigation and bankruptcy issues;
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and manage discovery;
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions; and
• Engage in courtroom advocacy and motion practice.

Qualifications:

• JD from an ABA accredited law school;
• Admission to the Delaware bar;
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; and
• Ability to manage complex cases and work collaboratively in a team environment.
