Associate Attorney

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cases in various areas of law including , , and . The role requires strong legal research skills, the ability to write effectively, and a keen eye for detail. As an Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters and contribute to the success of our clients.

- Handle a diverse caseload involving and cases.

- Conduct thorough legal research using resources.

- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

- Represent clients in court proceedings and administrative hearings.

- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.

- Stay updated on changes in and other relevant legal areas.

- Assist with client consultations and provide legal advice as needed.

**Requirements:**

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

- Admission to the state bar and in good standing Missouri and Illinois

- Knowledge of estate planning, elder law, real estate and business law is a plus.
