Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis using tools such as LexisNexis to support case preparation.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements with precision and clarity.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients while ensuring their best interests are represented.
• Assist senior attorneys in case management and strategy development across multiple practice areas.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on case progress and address any concerns.
• Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients or cases.
• Collaborate with team members to develop innovative legal strategies tailored to client needs.

Experience

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Previous experience in a law office setting is preferred; familiarity with Family Law is a plus.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear and persuasive legal documents.
• Proven negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
• Excellent research abilities and proficiency in using legal research tools such as LexisNexis.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
