Who You Are

Essential Qualifications:

• JD from accredited law school
• 1-3 years litigation experience (at least a 2024 law graduate)
• Admitted to the NY State Bar to practice law in New York
• Strong research, writing, organization, and advocacy skills
• Plaintiff-side experience and trial experience are both a plus

Your Role

• Conduct comprehensive case investigations and medical record analysis
• Take depositions of healthcare providers and expert witnesses
• Draft compelling motions, briefs, and settlement demands
• Collaborate with medical experts and investigators
• Represent clients at conferences, mediations, and trials
• Build lasting relationships with clients during vulnerable times
