Associate Attorney

Full-time attorney position available for practice of consumer bankruptcy law in downtown Atlanta bankruptcy law firm. The position is very client-facing and entails many duties: client interviews/intake (primarily via remote intake), preparing Bankruptcy petitions and documents, document drafting, and more. Employer-sponsored group health insurance, 401(k) with matching, vision and dental insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, paid CLE hours and annual Georgia Bar dues. We do not require bankruptcy experience; we will train the right candidate from the ground up in every job aspect you need to know. There is plenty of room for growth and advancement here, including into courtroom positions if that appeals to you.
