Associate Attorney

About the role:

Established firm in Rockwall looking for a Family Law/Probate Attorney with at least 4 years experience.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Representing clients in court
• Managing client files and keeping up to date with new cases
• Communicating with clients via email, phone calls, and in person
• Maintaining a client file
• Serving as the point of contact for clients while working on their case
• Preparing clients for court hearings
• Working with other attorneys to ensure that each case is handled appropriately
• Preparing for trials by studying past legal cases and analyzing the law

Requirements:
- JD

- Texas State Bar Card

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
