Associate Attorney

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team. This role requires excellent writing and advocacy skills, as well as proficiency in sophisticated legal research tools such as Westlaw. Litigation experience preferred. The Associate Attorney will work collaboratively with senior attorneys to provide high-quality legal services to our clients.

Duties

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various cases and statutes.
• Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, legal memoranda and correspondence.
• Assist in litigation processes by preparing for trials and hearings.
• Represent clients in administrative hearings, court proceedings and depositions.
• Maintain accurate records of case files and documentation.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
