Associate Attorney

Allen | Fischer, PLLC is seeking an attorney to join our firm. We focus primarily on family law. Experience is preferred, but not required. We offer a competitive salary that is based on experience with full benefits including 401(k) matching, medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Manage communications with clients, court staff, and attorneys
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and other documents in the case management system
• Coordinate with other attorneys and support staff on cases
• Handle requests for discovery and provide responses
• File legal documents
• Manage client files and files related to new clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
