Associate Attorney

Hartley Law Group is seeking a motivated associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in a supportive, growth-minded firm.

About the Role:

You'll work directly with the senior attorneys on active cases, handling discovery, drafting pleadings, and preparing for hearings and mediations. Strong research and writing skills are a must. Proficiency in discovery is important. You should be comfortable managing document requests and interrogatories.

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience practicing law (family law experience a plus)
• Licensed and in good standing in Texas
• Solid understanding of discovery procedures
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
• A proactive approach to case management and client service
