About the Role:

A leading, global law firm is seeking a skilled M&A Associate to join their dynamic team. The role involves advising clients on complex mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and providing strategic legal guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating agreements
• Conduct legal due diligence and risk analysis
• Advise clients on corporate structuring and regulatory considerations
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on high-profile deals

Qualifications:

• JD from a top-tier law school
• Admission to the New York Bar
• 2–5 years of experience in M&A or corporate transactions at a top law firm
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
