Overview:

Our client is seeking a Patent Agent with at least two years of patent prosecution experience. This role focuses on cutting-edge technologies such as 5G, Wi-Fi, artificial intelligence (AI), processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with inventors, researchers, and attorneys to evaluate invention technology and assess patentability.
• Draft and prosecute patent applications.
• Respond to USPTO office actions.
• Contribute to the strategic development and management of client patent portfolios.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum of two years of patent prosecution experience.
• Registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) or eligible to register.
• Strong technical expertise in 5G, Wi-Fi, AI, processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end.
• Excellent academic credentials with strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience liaising directly with clients to develop and manage portfolios.
• Domain expertise in autonomous vehicles, robotics, natural language processing, wireless communications, computer vision, or related AI fields.
