We are seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney who is passionate about family law and ready to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives. This position offers the opportunity for courtroom experience, mentorship, and professional growth within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage family law cases from start to finish, including client consultations, discovery, hearings, and mediations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and orders.
• Conduct legal research using LexisNexis or Westlaw and prepare case strategy memoranda.
• Appear in court for hearings, temporary orders, and trials.
• Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed and supported throughout the legal process.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure deadlines are met and case goals are achieved.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Texas Family Code and local court procedures.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas (required).
• 1–3 years of experience in family law preferred.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases with attention to detail and strong time management.
• Compassionate and professional approach to client interactions.
• Familiarity with family law case management systems and e-filing procedures is a plus.
