Associate Attorney

Mendez Law Office is looking for a licensed attorney (any state is acceptable, but preferably licensed in Texas) who is interested in joining our expanding team. Our firm practices immigration, family, and criminal law.

Compensation

Compensation begins at $90,000-$125,000 (additional compensation depending on length of experience and track record of success) + bonuses.

Mendez Law Office creates a true work-life balance for our attorneys. Business hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; no billable hours are required, and no weekend hours are required.

Responsibilities

· Attend hearings and trials (training will be provided)

· Drafting pleadings

· E-filing documents

· Prepare, and revise documents

Requirements

· J.D. degree

· Active Bar license (Texas highly preferred)

· Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred but not necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
