Associate Attorney

Murray Legal, PLLC is a small law firm in Mineola, New York and Arlington, Virginia. The firm manages a sizable practice of commercial litigation matters in state and federal court in New York and Virginia, and regulatory matters.

The firm is looking to hire an associate attorney to work remotely. To be considered, a candidate must be admitted in Virginia, and have one to three years of experience in commercial litigation. Commercial litigation and appellate experience are preferred. The ideal candidate is conscientious, pays close attention to detail, possesses good organizational skills, and has the ability to independently manage a complex case from inception.

Although this is a remote role, the candidate will be required to make appearances in court in Northern Virginia. Additionally, the candidate must have their own dedicated work space that is appropriate for legal work and virtual appearances.

The firm is looking for candidates who can start immediately or shortly after giving the appropriate notice. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
