Associate Attorney

Small & established law firm located in Altoona, IA is seeking an Estate and Tax Planning Attorney to join our team.

This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative group of attorneys and staff while building meaningful, long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Draft estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, and advance directives.
• Handle estate and trust administration matters from start to finish.
• Advise clients on estate planning strategies, probate issues, and related legal matters.
• Manage and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
• Contribute to the team environment with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $185,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
