Nowakowski Legal PLLC is a small law firm in Redmond, WA. Our goal at Nowakowski Legal places an emphasis of assisting our clients with the most difficult of circumstances; planning their own estates, administering the estate for a loved one that has passed, or litigating aspects of a will, trust or probate that they believe may be being mishandled by a current trustee or administrator.

We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our team. Said position is initially to focus on Probate and Estate Law, but is able to expand to other areas of law as the associate gains experience.

We would prefer to hire an entry level lawyer with little to no experience. This is an excellent opportunity for newer attorney's that wish to familiarize themselves with drafting pleadings and appearing before the Court in non-litigated issues (i.e. Ex Parte)

Finally, our firm is a dynamic and rapidly growing office, so opportunities for advancement are available.

Responsibilities after training:

• Draft legal documents, including, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to clients.
• Represent clients in non-confrontational court proceedings.
• Analyze legal issues and develop strategies for resolving them.
• Maintain client confidentiality.
• Keep up to date with changes in the law and its application.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
