Associate Attorney

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estate Litigation attorney at Salem, Shor & Saperstein, LLP located in New Hyde Park, NY. The Estate Litigation attorney will be responsible for representing clients in all aspects of estate administration and litigation including probate, administration, accounting and trust proceedings. The attorney may also work closely with clients in creating estate plans and providing legal advice and guidance.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state of New York
• At least 1 year of experience in some litigation
• At least some knowledge of estate law
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize deadlines
• Experience with trust and estate planning is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
