Frank and Bradley were formerly partners at King & Spalding and Jones Day, where they defended Fortune 100 companies in some of their highest stakes litigation. They founded Bayuk Pratt to provide that same level of excellence to families who are victims of corporate wrongdoing. The firm focuses on catastrophic wrongful death, personal injury, and product liability cases. The firm also takes on selected class actions and False Claims Act (whistleblower) cases. Associate candidates should have:

- Georgia Bar License

- 1-2 years of litigation experience

- Writing sample
