Associate Attorney

AV-Rated Towson Law Firm seeks to expand its Civil Defense Litigation department. Successful applicant will work with and support an established practice group representing litigants in the District and Circuit Courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia in civil litigation matters.
Responsibilities will include legal research and writing, drafting pleadings, motions and written discovery, attending depositions and trials throughout the State of Maryland and in Washington, DC.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from ABA accredited law school
- Maryland Bar License
- Eligibility for DC Bar License preferred
- Judicial Clerkship or prior attorney experience preferred
- Prior law journal experience is also preferred.

- Prior Trial Experience is preferred
Pay commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Some remote / hybrid work is anticipated based on demands of trial attendance after initial / probationary period, and is at the discretion of the supervising attorneys.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
