Associate Attorney

Our small law firm is looking for an enthusiastic trial attorney to join our team. Applicants should have an interest in insurance defense and have trial experience. The successful candidate must be detail oriented and organized. Successful candidates will be able to work independently without supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Draft legal documents.
• Meet with clients and prepare for trials.
• Conduct Virginia General District Court trials and Virginia Circuit Court jury trials.
• Provide legal advice to clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
