SUPERHEROES WANTED! Top-tier law firm SIDDIQUI LAW APC seeks a full-time Associate Attorney for its Orange County (Costa Mesa, CA) Office. A successful applicant will possess a minimum of 1+ year experience with a background in litigation.

Requires knowledge of state and federal procedures and court rules. Duties include: court appearances, legal research, legal drafting, law & motion preparation, trial preparation, and other case related assignment duties. Requires a strong communicator (written/ verbal skills). Position requires a team player with strong work ethic. Salary depends on experience. Excellent benefits. Team environment.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Court Appearances: Trial/ pre-trial hearings/ law & motion

• Law & Motion drafting; legal and factual research; organize and analyze case information

• Research and identify relevant judicial decisions, statutes, codes and case law

• Prepare and draft legal documents (briefs, pleadings, agreements, contracts, applications, legal forms, correspondence, declarations, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and legal memoranda)

• Trial preparation (witness lists, exhibits, pre-trial motions, trial binders, witness interviews)

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor Degree from ABA accredited law school; Undergraduate degree

• License to practice law; good standing with the California State Bar

• 1+ year litigation experience
