Associate Attorney

Job Summary:
Join a plaintiff-side personal injury firm handling auto accidents, premises liability, and catastrophic injury cases. This role involves depositions, motion practice, trial preparation, and client advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take and defend depositions (plaintiffs, witnesses, experts).
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands.
• Manage a caseload of 80–120 files from intake through resolution.
• Conduct client meetings, negotiate with insurance adjusters, and prepare for mediation/trial.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and court appearances.

Qualifications:

• Florida Bar admission.
• 1–5 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience (auto, slip & fall, catastrophic injury).
• Proven deposition and motion practice experience.
• Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom presence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
