Career Consulting Partners is proud to partner with a thriving California-based law firm that is expanding into Seattle, Washington. This position is fully remote initially, with plans to transition onsite in 3–6 months at the Downtown Seattle office.

The firm represents employees and consumers in high-impact class and representative actions, handling matters such as wage-and-hour violations, discrimination, unfair business practices, and false advertising. With a track record of litigating against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies, the firm has recovered millions of dollars for thousands of clients nationwide.

This role offers hands-on litigation experience and significant courtroom exposure in sophisticated plaintiff-side class action matters. Due to continued growth and a large volume of active cases, the firm is seeking Associate Attorneys to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and file complaints, motions, and other courtroom documents

• Conduct discovery, including reviewing documents and preparing responses

• Take and defend depositions

• Participate in court appearances and oral advocacy

• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda

• Manage cases from inception through resolution or trial

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of Civil Litigation experience

• Experience with class actions, complex litigation, or wage-and-hour matters is strongly preferred

• Active WA license to practice law

• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills

• Experience with depositions, discovery, and motion practice

• Ability to manage a caseload with independence and initiative

• Professional, collaborative, and organized

• Defense attorneys seeking to transition to plaintiff-side work are encouraged to apply

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $150,000 - $250,000
