Job Description
Conduct research and writing.
Respond to discovery.
Conduct and defend depositions.
Attend court hearings.
Conduct mediations.
Prepare for and attend trials .
Requirements
Must have a great work ethic and work well within a team.
Must be proactive, responsible, diligent and responsive.
Must have strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills.
Skills Sets
Spanish fluency (speaking, reading, and writing) is strongly preferred.
Must be barred in Florida state court.
Florida federal court admission is strongly preferred.
