Associate Attorney Admitted in NJ

Remote Associate Attorney (Admitted in New Jersey) – Plaintiff’s Litigation – $90K–$115K

A well-established plaintiff’s law firm based in Nassau County, NY is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney who is admitted to practice in New Jersey. This is a remote position with regular in-person and virtual court appearances required throughout New Jersey.

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented litigator to join our team and handle a variety of cases involving document review, litigation, and case management. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to work remotely while gaining meaningful courtroom experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in New Jersey courts for in-person and remote appearances, including conferences, motions, and hearings
• Review and approve legal documents including pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and settlement agreements
• Maintain communication with firm management and clients throughout all phases of litigation
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and support staff

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the New Jersey Bar (REQUIRED)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within New Jersey for court appearances
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior litigation experience or creditor’s rights law experience
• Admission to the New York Bar is a strong plus
• Prior courtroom or trial experience is helpful but not required

Job Type:

• Full-Time Remote Attorney (with in-person and virtual court appearances in NJ)

Compensation:

• $90,000 – $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience
