Associate Attorney at Tyler Allen Law Firm

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our criminal and traffic defense team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in advocating for clients in a courtroom setting.

Duties

• Represent clients in civil traffic and criminal hearings statewide.
• Represent clients in Injunctions Against Harassment and Orders of Protection matters,
• Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such Westlaw to support case preparation and strategy.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on cases while managing a caseload independently.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure timely communication with clients regarding case progress.
• Participate in client meetings and provide updates on legal strategies and developments.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Arizona state bar.
• Experience or coursework in criminal defense.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
• Excellent writing skills for legal drafting and documentation purposes.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
