Associate Attorney- Civil Litigation

Cohen & Cohen Law, LLC is a growing multi-state law firm. We are a high volume, plaintiff side, civil contingency firm seeking a motivated and dependable attorney. Experience in civil litigation or Creditors Rights is a plus. We practice in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Experience in any of those states is a plus.

Description:

• Managing a high volume caseload
• Attend regular court appearances
• Issuance of subpoenas
• Post judgment enforcement
• Litigating cases
• High volume settlements
• Reviewing pleadings and other legal documents

Requirements:

• Admitted attorney with at least two years of experience
• Independent worker
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to manage a caseload from start to finish
• Creditor's rights or collection experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
