Associate Attorney - Family Law

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with 1–3 years of recent family law litigation experience. The ideal candidate is confident managing their own caseload, brings strong courtroom and negotiation skills, and has a proven ability to deliver excellent client service.

Requirements

• Active member of the California State Bar
• 1–3 years of recent family law experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong writing, organization, and communication skills
• Deep familiarity with: California Rules of Court, San Diego Local Rules, Court forms & filing procedures, Discovery, pleadings and legal arguments
• Proficiency in MS Office, MyCase, DissoMaster, Essential Forms, etc.
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to think creatively

Pay: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
