Associate Attorney - Family Law

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our all female legal team! As an Associate Attorney, you will be working with a legal team alongside a Senior Attorney. This position allows opportunities to gain valuable family law knowledge and receive excellent mentorship from our team! This is also challenging role that requires using and expanding legal knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle complex legal matters. You must be a team player to work with us! We will consider law students with a pending NC Bar License, but 1 year of Family Law experience preferred. Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

- Valid NC Bar License

- 1 year of experience in Family Law preferred

- Knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and practices

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to conduct thorough legal research using various databases

- Experience with legal drafting and writing skills

- Strong negotiation skills

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
