Associate Attorney - Hillsboro, Oregon

Base salary plus earn a commission dependent upon performance.

Redshaw Law, LLC is looking to hire an attorney with interest in criminal defense and family law. You must have a valid Oregon Bar License for this position. Previous law experience a plus, but training is available for the right candidate.

This position consists of helping clients with court-appointed criminal defense cases, divorce, custody, and restraining orders.

Our office is located in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Job Responsibilities include:

• ability to appear in court in person and on time, representing clients in criminal and family law matters
• complete administrative tasks on-time
• draft and respond to motions
• Meet with clients in and out of custody
• do in-person visitation and review evidence with clients, interview with potential privately retained clients, among other tasks within the realm of practicing law.
• The candidate will need to present themselves in a professional manner and with respect at all times while working with clients, witnesses, and other colleagues, no matter where they are in their legal disputes.
