Associate Attorney, Litigation

With offices in Arizona and Washington, we handle complex civil litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions, providing top-tier legal representation to our clients. We are currently hiring for our Washington office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse litigation caseload from inception to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, disclosure statements, and discovery requests.
• Conduct depositions, prepare witnesses, and handle court appearances.
• Work closely with senior attorneys on trial strategy and case development.
• Maintain regular client communication and case updates.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6-10 years of litigation experience with strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience in construction defect and/or insurance defense litigation
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Washington State Bar License required (Arizona license a plus).
• Must reside in either Washington State or Arizona.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $135,000 - $190,000 per year

• Full-time, remote position. Applicant must live in either Washington State or Arizona
