Associate Attorney - Mid-to-Senior Level; Insurance Defense

Ross Jeffries, LLC is seeking to fill the following role for our client:

LITIGATION ASSOCIATE

Collegial boutique insurance defense firm seeks a skilled Mid -level associate to join their growing team. This position requires a minimum of 5 years experience in insurance defense litigation; professional experience should include:

• demonstrable experience independently taking depositions.
• GCL, Property and Tort litigation
• excellent writing and presentation skills.
• motivated to present a quality product to clients
• ability to run and manage files with limited supervision
• courtroom and trial experience considered a plus

Current admission to the New York State Bar is required.

The Firm promotes flexibility and this position can be Remote or Hybrid remote for the right individual.
