Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing all aspects of civil litigation cases from intake through resolution.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings.
  • Participate in discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and depositions.
  • Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Review and analyze case documents and evidence to prepare for litigation.
  • Ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in [State(s) where required].
  • 1–5 years of experience in civil litigation preferred (new attorneys with strong litigation experience during internships or clerkships may be considered).
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
