Associate Attorney (must have Ok bar license)

*Overview*

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the law and a strong desire to advocate for clients in various legal matters. No experience in bankruptcy is required- we will train.

*Responsibilities*

- Review bankruptcy petition and schedules and file with the court

- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements

- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations

- Assist in case preparation and management

- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases

*Requirements*

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

- Admission to the state bar association

- Good communication skills

- Ability to think analytically

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $84,183.00 per year
