About the job- The Lipsig Law Firm is seeking a motivated and dedicated Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of legal experience to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney eager to develop their skills, gain hands-on experience, and grow with a dynamic and collaborative firm.

1. Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling cases from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and contracts
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and negotiations
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
• Support senior attorneys in case strategy and trial preparation

2. Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active New York Bar membership
• 1-3 years of experience in personal injury (plaintiff’s side preferred)
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within the firm

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
