Associate Attorney - Personal Injury

RCG, LLC and Partners are currently accepting applications for persistent Associate Attorneys to join our offices in the Fairfax, Virginia area.

Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.

Ideal candidate:

- Experience at Trial (Personal Injury); ideally as first or second chair.

- Excellent skills drafting motions, discovery, legal letters.

- Ability to conduct depositions, pre-trail conferences, and mediations.

- Ability to manage caseload to include client interaction.

- Knowledge working with various legal software platforms such as Filevine, Clio, Lead Docket or similar.

- Licensed to practice in Maryland and/or DC a plus.

Required:

- Active license to practice law in the State of Virginia.

- (5+) years personal injury litigation experience.

- Updated resume with listed relevant experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
