Associate Attorney - Personal Injury

Our fast-growing personal injury law firm is looking for an Associate Attorney who’s ready to build real courtroom experience, develop their trial skills, and grow alongside a supportive and driven team.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with experienced trial attorneys on active personal injury litigation files from start to finish. You’ll gain hands-on experience in case strategy, discovery, depositions, mediations, and hearings.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to see their work make a direct impact on clients’ lives and develop into a lead litigator.

What You’ll Do

• Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, motions, and memoranda
• Communicate directly with clients to guide them through the litigation process
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial
• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed demand packages
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and receive one-on-one mentorship

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Florida attorney (in good standing)
• 3+ years of experience in personal injury, insurance defense, or civil litigation
• Strong legal writing and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• A positive attitude and commitment to client service

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
