ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY-PERSONAL INJURY

We are an established personal injury firm experiencing steady growth and looking for a associate attorney to join us and to grow with the firm.

The associate attorney will be managing different types of personal injury cases ranging from car accidents, trucking accidents, slip and falls, etc. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding firm and gain tremendous experience. Candidates will be selected based on their experience and qualifications.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties will include: Drafting written discovery, defending and taking depositions, attending mediation, making court appearances and handling all other aspects of the litigation process under the supervision and guidance of the principal attorney from the lawsuit stage until trial including but not limited to assisting and participating with the lead attorney in the trial e.g doing opening statements, direct of witnesses etc.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
