Associate Attorney/Law Clerk

The Law Office of Daniel Marks, a well-established civil litigation firm in Las Vegas, is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney or Law Clerk to join our team. Our practice areas include employment law, labor law, family law, and business disputes.

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership of meaningful work. The position will focus on legal writing, discovery, and assisting in all stages of litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and correspondence
• Conduct legal research and assist in case strategy
• Support attorneys in hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Collaborate with a small, experienced litigation team

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) required
• Nevada Bar membership preferred (pending admission considered)
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
• Strong work ethic and motivation to grow as a litigator
