Position Summary:

The Associate Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the strategic planning and execution of 360 marketing plans for the Boost Brand business at Nestle Health Science USA. Under the direction of the Director of Brand Management, this role will contribute to budget management, Marketing plan execution, new product introductions, as well as both digital and promotional strategies relating to the Boost brand. This position will also coordinate with cross functional teams, such as Customer Strategy, Sales, Digital, Agency Vendors, to support achievement of brand objectives.

Requirements:

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or in a related field required.
• 5+ years of professional Marketing experience, with at least 2 or more years withing a Brand Marketing specific function.
• Demonstrated fluency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) required.
• Must have excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, organizational and stakeholder management skills (including the ability to develop and maintain strong, cross-functional stakeholder relationships).
• Must be an effective problem solver, solutions-driven and analytical (including analyzing business performance data and conducting both financial and research assessments).
• Willing and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Must be a strategic thinker (from key issue analysis to strategic imperatives) and must be willing to champion ideas.
• Passion for the Health & Wellness space a plus.
• Willing and able to travel up to and including 20% based on the needs of the team and the business.

The approximate pay range for this position is $105,000 to $135,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as geographic location.
