About the Team
The Entertainment Brand Solutions team helps solve clients’ brand and business challenges through storytelling-driven content formats—including in-show integrations, character-led narratives, tentpole solutions, on-ground activations, and digital-social amplification.
The team partners deeply with brands, offering high-impact, culturally relevant, and scalable entertainment solutions that go beyond traditional FCT.

Key Responsibilities
Translate client interactions into powerful creative solutions, using insights into category, audience behavior, and brand narratives to unlock monetization.
Lead end-to-end project management from ideation, pitching, pre-production alignment, shoot supervision (where relevant), and post-production delivery.
Partner with frontline sales to decode brand briefs and craft actionable concepts that are editorially feasible and commercially viable.
Spot integration and content opportunities across shows, characters, episodes, special events, movies, and digital extensions based on category insights.
Strengthen the sales funnel by s sharing category trends, competitive analysis, and show-led solutions with sales teams.
Work closely with creative agencies and internal stakeholders (Programming, Marketing, Legal) to ensure seamless delivery of brand commitments.
Coordinate delivery of sponor entitlements across tentpoles, awards shows, movie premieres, reality properties
Collaborate with content & promo teams to create AVs, promos, digital assets, and co-branded content that maximize brand visibility and storytelling.
Evaluate impact and effectiveness of brand integrations through pre- and post-campaign analysis; refine strategies based on performance.

Preferred Education Qualifications
MBA in marketing / communication or a Postgraduation (Premier Institutes preferred)
5-6 years of post-MBA experience in marketing / communication / brand solutions
